Our objective is to transmit the knowledge and best practices required to efficiently manage electronic payments from a financial, regulatory, functional, commercial, technological and organizational stand point.

Our training program will address, among other topics, card acceptance, alternative payment method management, fraud prevention, charge back management, contractual negotiation, processing flow and back office operations.

Our courses are available to anybody involved in managing payments within your organization: decision maker, product manager, finance or commercial team member.

Module 1: Payment, the basics

This module is a payment familiarization presenting, without detailing them, all the following modules.

Module 3: Relationship merchant – acquiring bank

From the contract negotiation to the commission, how streamlining the relationship between the merchant and the bank, what are the important topics to address?

Module 4: Secure payments

This module is a familiarization to the PCI DSS standard (Payment Card Information Data Security Standard).

Module 8: Prepare a payment project

The steps to go from the statement of requirements to the provider selection.

Module 9: Manage a payment project
